Master Jason Wright

I am a 6th Dan Black Belt / Master Fitness Trainer/ Health Coach /
Martial Arts Hall of Famer (UAHAF-Inducted August 10, 2019 Houston, TX)

With more than 27 years of training, competing and teaching I have developed and refined my method of empowering people to becoming the best they can be.  I specialize in martial arts, sports training (strength, conditioning, agility), muscle gain and weight loss through weightlifting, calisthenics, HIIT, cardio and nutrition. I offer my services for private 1-on-1, partner and group training. I help people from all walks of life, no matter if you are just beginning or if you are a competitive athlete. With guidance, knowledge and passion I will help you eliminate mental blocks, build sustainable habits, and develop consistency that will help you become the person you are meant to be.

Dalon Mitchell

Dalon Mitchell began his journey in the health and fitness industry in 2015 as a Personal Trainer at Golds Gym. Seeing the transformation in himself and clients fueled his desire to pursue a professional career in the field of Personal Training. After receiving his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Dalon knew he wanted to best help and inspire others by improving their way of life through health and growth. He teaches his clients how to train their minds to push past mental limitation. Dalon is passionate about teaching, motivating and helping other build their confidence within themselves to push through physical and mental limitations. Specializations BACHELORS of Science in Kinesiology NFPT- Certified Personal Trainer
